Blue Angels

While Ava and Bonnie stayed home, Cliff and I went to the National Navel Air Museum. Pensacola is home to the Navy's demonstration air acrobatic team.

This is a premier Air Museum second only to the National Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio. I found it especially interesting seeing the number of the World War 2 era naval airplanes, both combat and support ones. It was fascinating how rudimentary and basic the interior of these planes were. They certainly were not built for comfort.
